The PTA funds several programs that provide in-class enrichment for the students of Cherry Chase. Parent volunteers run many of our programs. To volunteer for a program or to learn more about it, click on the program name below.

Program Description
FAME An in-class art and music program taught by parent volunteers
Fun Zone A place where students can do alternative activities during recess such as origami, board games, arts and crafts, and LEGOS.
Garden A beautiful “outdoor classroom” where students discover the wonders of nature
Playworks A lunchtime program with a trained coach who facilitates games and activities.
Project Cornerstone A program that helps parents empower and support the children of our community
Starting Arts Students receive music, dance, and theater instruction from a performing arts professional.
Student Newsletter A program to foster the love of writing and to give students the thrill of seeing their writing and artwork published
Walk & Roll to School A year-round program that encourages students to walk, cycle or scooter to school
